Returns

• Cuffstore items may be returned or exchanged for like items within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on items that may pose a health risk such as items that come in contact with bodily fluids whether used or not Buyer pays return shipping. Return items must be new and unworn in the original packaging.
• 20% restocking fee on all returns, exchanges subject to a $10 exchange fee for small items (handcuffs, legirons, collars) and a $15 exchange fee for large items (cangues, shrew's fiddles, items 4 pounds and up).
• International exchanges will be responsible for shipping both ways.
• If an international shipment is returned by the post office the item will be refunded. The shipping will not be refunded.
• We guarantee the functionality of our products and will gladly replace products that arrive defective so long as buyer returns defective product to us within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
