*This item features our updated locking mechanism which includes a hidden sunken screw that does not fully pass through the cuff/collar. This gives you a tighter and more secure locked fit.

Wrap a tape measure around the thinnest part of your neck. Add 1/2-2 inches depending on the fit you are looking for; 1/2 inch provides a choker style fit, 1 to 2 inches provides a slight drop below the neck line.
